INSTALLATION SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Vinyl Wrap Service Agreement

At Wrap Division and Customs, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality vinyl wrap installations that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience with us:

  1. Your vehicle may need to remain at Wrap Division and Customs for up to 7 business days to ensure a flawless installation.
  2. Please understand that vinyl wraps may have seams or relief cuts, which are necessary for proper installation. We strive to place these seams inconspicuously.
  3. If your vehicle has existing paint or body damage, excessive dirt, or a weak clear coat, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise during or after the installation.
  4. The final wrap may slightly differ from proofs due to factors such as vehicle curvature or obstacles.
  5. Removal of existing graphics or extensive cleaning may incur an additional fee of $100 per hour.
  6. Full payment is required before releasing your vehicle from our possession.
  7. If your vehicle has been ceramic coated, please inform us as soon as possible, as it may affect the vinyl installation.
  8. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items inside your vehicle while it’s in our possession.
  9. All sales are final, and we do not accept charge-backs or refund requests.

Remember, proper vehicle preparation is crucial for a successful wrap installation. Your cooperation in ensuring the cleanliness and dryness of your vehicle is greatly appreciated.
Regarding paint repairs, today’s automotive paints are thinner, so there’s a risk of damage during the wrap removal process. While we take precautions, we cannot be held responsible for any paint damage.
We offer a one-year installation warranty, and additional warranty coverage may be provided by the product manufacturer.
